He Said, She Said explores allegations that Baldoni engaged in sexual misconduct on the set of It Ends with Us and hired a PR firm to smear Lively online.

Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni’s high-profile legal war is about to be unraveled in a bombshell new docuseries. Titled Baldoni vs Lively: A Hollywood Feud, the series was announced by Warner Bros. Discovery U.K. & Ireland on Monday, March 31, as reported by outlets like Variety and Deadline.
The series promises a deep dive into the “twists and turns" leading up to their ongoing court battle. Drawing comparisons to past Discovery+ hits such as Johnny vs Amber: The U.S. Trial and Vardy vs Rooney: The Wagatha Trial, A Hollywood Feud aims to provide a forensic breakdown of the legal drama between Lively, 37, and Baldoni, 41.

The docuseries, produced by Optomen, will premiere on Discovery+ in June. Its announcement follows closely on the heels of ITN Productions’ documentary He Said, She Said: Blake Lively vs Justin Baldoni, which aired in the U.K. on March 17. A shorter 60-minute version, In Dispute: Lively v Baldoni, is scheduled to air on Investigation Discovery in the U.S. on March 31 and will be available for streaming on Max and Discovery+.
The legal battle erupted when Lively filed a complaint against her It Ends with Us director and co-star Baldoni on December 20, 2024. Tensions had been simmering behind the scenes for months before she formally sued him 11 days later in New York federal court. Baldoni retaliated with a countersuit in January and also took legal action against The New York Times for publishing Lively’s complaint. To further defend himself, Baldoni even launched a website detailing a “timeline of relevant events" related to the film’s production.
In a dramatic turn, Baldoni filed a sixth lawsuit on March 21, targeting his former publicist, Stephanie Jones, founder of PR firm Jonesworks, accusing her of leaking private text messages.
According to a press release from ITN Productions, He Said, She Said explores allegations that Baldoni engaged in sexual misconduct on the set of It Ends with Us and hired a PR firm to smear Lively online. Baldoni vehemently denies the allegations and has responded with a $400 million countersuit, accusing Lively of defamation.
With the trial scheduled for March 2026, the upcoming docuseries is expected to shed light on both sides of the explosive feud.
