i’m guessing theres some sort of privacy option to block people in your area being able to access your profile which would make sense as she doesnt actively promote it on her instagram. It does it on most sites like pornhub it will come up ‘video unavailable in your country’ probably to avoid being seen by people they may know
if you get a vpn then you will be able to access it but i dont know of a free one for mobile you will have to pay for it
